I run two other businesses alongside this one, so I know exactly what a headshot has to do: it has to look like you on your best day, hold up next to everyone else’s on the same team page, and not read as a vanity exercise. That is a different job from a portrait session, and it is shot differently.
What a team headshot day covers
Consistent lighting and a matched background across everyone, so the team page looks like one company rather than ten different photographers’ work stitched together. Two retouched selects per person, with every frame delivered so nobody is stuck with the one shot the photographer happened to like. A same-day preview gallery, so people are not waiting weeks to see whether they need a reshoot.
At your office or at the studio
Both work. On-site sessions run four hours and cover up to ten people comfortably, with additional people at $250 each or a full day at $3,800. Weekdays only, which means it never has to compete with a family’s Saturday, and your team is not taking personal time to get a professional photo.
Product and catalog shots
If you need product or catalog images alongside the team photos, those can be added at $75 an image while the lighting is already set up.
What to tell me
How many people, whether you want on-site or studio, and roughly when you need it done by. If there is a specific look your brand wants — plain background, environmental, black and white — tell me now and I will bring the right setup.
